These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the website www.zuladijewelry.com, operated by Zuladi Jewelry.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Products
Zuladi Jewelry offers fashion and fine jewelry products described as accurately as possible on the website.
Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Zuladi Jewelry reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
Zuladi Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s approved payment providers.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment options displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery is limited to European countries only.
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Zuladi Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing at info@zuladijewelry.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
8. Warranty & Liability
Zuladi Jewelry complies with applicable EU legal warranty requirements.
Zuladi Jewelry shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
