We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Other European countries where shipping is available at checkout

If your country does not appear at checkout, shipping to that location is not yet available.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • Other European countries: 4–10 business days

4. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

5. Customs, Duties & VAT

For EU countries, orders are shipped in accordance with EU regulations and no additional customs duties apply.

For non-EU European countries (such as Switzerland or Norway), customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Zuladi Jewelry is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Zuladi Jewelry cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
