Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Contact us  at info@zuladijewelry.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will send you return instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
