Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Europe only.
International shipping outside Europe is not available at this time.

However, to preserve the beauty and longevity of gold-plated details and freshwater pearls, we recommend avoiding:

- harsh chemicals
Proper care will help maintain the shine and natural luster of your jewelry over time.
Are freshwater pearls natural?
Yes — we use natural freshwater pearls.
Because pearls are naturally formed, each one is unique in shape, size, and luster, making every piece one of a kind.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
